Are you a friendly and courteous professional dedicated to providing members with an exceptional dining experience? You could be an excellent server at our club. We need someone with a positive attitude toward customer service and a warm smile to set the tone for our members to enjoy their dining experience with us.
You will serve our members at the club by ensuring they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served on time, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. - Must always be neat in appearance and follow the club's uniform and grooming policies
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations
- Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations
- Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
- Previous experience working in food service is preferred
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
Compensation
$18 - $25 hourly
