Breakfast Server & Breakfast Cook

EVEN Hotel is seeking a professional, energetic, and dependable Breakfast Server & Breakfast Cook to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who takes pride in providing excellent guest service while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.

The ideal candidate is friendly, polished, punctual, and comfortable working efficiently in a busy hotel breakfast environment. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking breakfast items, maintaining an organized and sanitary kitchen and serving area, replenishing food and supplies, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring the breakfast experience meets hotel standards.

Responsibilities

Available to work weekends as needed
Punctual, organized, professional, ready to go when clocked in

Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours
Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner
Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area
Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed
Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations
Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members
This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
Experience working in food service is preferred
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)

Compensation

$14 - $16 hourly
