Our restaurant is looking for servers with a friendly smile and a cheerful customer service attitude to set the tone for our guests to enjoy their dining experience with us. You will serve our guests in the restaurant by ensuring that they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served in a timely manner, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests.

- Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests
- Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
- Accept correct payment from guests and guarantee the accuracy of the guest check and manner of payment to protect both the client and the business from any transaction mistakes
- Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations
- Attend all pre-shift and departmental meetings to improve communications and develop an understanding of products, services, and facilities
- Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience working in food service is preferred
- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
- Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
Compensation
$17.50 hourly
