Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused Server/Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team for evening shifts. This dual-role position is responsible for providing exceptional dining and bar service while creating memorable guest experiences in our restaurant and lounge.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience

• Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS system

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards

• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and beverage selections

• Make recommendations and upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience

• Ensure food and beverages are delivered accurately and promptly

• Process guest payments and maintain accurate credit card transactions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, bar, and service areas

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements

• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Hotel, restaurant, or lounge experience

• Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail preparation

• ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certification

• Experience using restaurant POS systems
