We need a closer who doesn't just close deals — who closes the right deals, with the right owners, for the right reasons. Someone who can sit across from a 7-figure founder, earn their trust in 45 minutes, and help them make a decision that changes the trajectory of their life and their business.

THE COMP

  • Structure: Commission-only. $1,000 per closed Exit Without Selling Dream Team Scaling. No ceiling. Plus KPI bonuses.
  • On-Target Earnings: ~$203,000+/year at minimum KPIs. The math: 25 calls/week × 80% show rate = 20 live calls × 20% close = 4 closes/week × 50 weeks × $1,000 = $200,000 in commission, plus KPI bonuses on top.
  • Top performer range: $300,000–$400,000+ per year. Advisors who consistently close above 25–30% and self-source aggressively earn well beyond the floor. We don't cap top performers — we study them.
  • What drives your income: Close rate × call volume × deal value. You control all three. The leads are warm (book buyers and opt-ins). The offer is proven. The talk track works. Your skill determines your check.
  • Path to more: Top-performing advisors become "model closers" — their calls and process train the next wave of advisors. As EWS scales toward $15M by 2028, the closers who prove they can sell and lead become the people who build the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Run 25+ completed sales calls per week on Zoom with 7-figure service business owners — lead 1-call closes using the CLOSER talk track, with structured 2-call follow-ups when needed.
  • Close 20%+ of live calls into the Exit Without Selling Dream Team Scaling — diagnose where the owner is trapped, build a concrete Custom Plan, and enroll only those who are a genuine fit.
  • Self-source 4–6 calls per week from personal pipeline — proactively fill weak calendar spots from old pipeline, referrals, and targeted high-intent lists.
  • Own pipeline end-to-end — daily follow-up, reactivation, and tightening of open opportunities. Every deal has a clear next step, date, and notes.
  • Protect the brand by only enrolling owners who are genuinely a fit for Co-Pilot. Turning away bad-fit clients is part of the job, not an exception.
  • Show up to daily huddles prepared, submit calls for review, and log clean handoff notes so the delivery team can win from day one.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven high-ticket B2B closing experience ($8,000+ offers) with business owners or decision-makers
  • Ability to discuss revenue, profit, team structure, and leadership gaps at an owner's level
  • Comfort with commission-only compensation
  • Perfect spoken and written English
  • Quiet, professional home office with reliable internet
  • U.S.-based with availability during U.S. business hours
