Your Mission

As a Senior Removal Defense Attorney at Vasquez Law Firm, you will play a critical role in defending immigrant families and leading complex litigation matters with excellence and compassion.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in:

• Master Calendar Hearings
• Individual Hearings
• Bond Hearings
• Motions to Reopen
• Appeals before the BIA and Federal Circuit Courts
• Develop legal strategies that are aggressive, ethical, and client-focused
• Prepare and litigate complex immigration cases with precision and confidence
• Provide leadership and support to junior team members to ensure outstanding legal performance
• Uphold the highest standards of service, honesty, professionalism, and cultural empathy
• Deliver exceptional client experiences while fighting relentlessly for results 

• JD and an active license in any U.S. state (Florida preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Minimum 5 years of immigration litigation experience with strong trial skills
