The Senior Associate provides advanced support to one or more Lead Advisors. This role demands a high level of expertise & experience, taking on more complex & significant tasks, supporting junior associates, & ensuring the highest quality of client service. With several years of experience in the industry, the Senior Associate has mastered the Associate role & brings a higher level of expertise & efficiency to the team. Responsibilities include advanced support for Investments, Planning, Insurance, & Client Service.
Benefits
$10,200 annual stipend for health, dental, and vision insurance
Profit Share eligibility with a 6-12 month waiting period, depending on when hired. Calculation is based on profit, base salary, and tenure. There is a cash component and a Long-Term Incentive component to the compensation plan
60% LTDI, up to $7,000/m

This role is fully in person for the first year. Once you have a full year of service, you are eligible to Work From Home on Fridays. Once you have two full years of service, you are eligible to Work From Home on Tuesdays & Fridays.
Execute Investments, Planning, Insurance, & Client Service duties with a high level of expertise & efficiency for the team
Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various account types, transactions, & investment tasks
Support junior associates on the rationale behind investment, insurance, planning, & client service duties, & ensure team members are adhering to best practices
Exhibits expertise in various insurance products, services, & the underwriting process
Participating in client meetings
Ability to develop Scope of Engagements, Executive Summaries, Balance Sheets & other deliverables for clients
Following, promoting, & creating systems and processes
Ability to effectively train new team members
FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and CO Health & Life Required
3+ years of experience in a wealth management firm, with a strong track record of success in a similar role
Deep understanding of investment, insurance, planning, & client service operations, including product knowledge & transaction processes
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients & colleagues at all levels
Strong analytical & critical thinking abilities
Advanced proficiency in wealth management software & tools
Exceptional organizational & prioritization abilities, high level of attention to detail & accuracy
Compensation
$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
