Innovative Mortgage Alliance, LLC is seeking a seasoned Mortgage Loan Processor

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced loan processor with a broad understanding of mortgages, attention to detail, and passion for exceeding customer expectations.

You'll be responsible for precise execution in the "submission to close" phase. You'll collaborate with associates, work diligently to gather complete and accurate information for mortgage applications, and complete in an efficient manner.

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 Base and Bonus (Range max may vary based on bonus)

• Manage a large pipeline of loans, maintaining a timely and compliant flow throughout the process

• Communicate with underwriters, borrowers, and partners to satisfy and clarify conditions

• Order appraisals and inspections to ensure the title is clear and insurance is in place and appropriate

• Retrieve and administer documents needed to accomplish underwriting requirements - follow up on documents and all requests in a timely manner

• Carefully document loan origination system (POINT) and proprietary CRM, so records are correct and up to date

• Monitor and ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met

• Prior experience as a loan processor is a prerequisite

• Ability to work productively in teams; willingness to partner with LO and Loan Partner in providing an amazing customer experience

• Extraordinary customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Calyx Point software and Lender LOS systems is very helpful

• Current working knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/Conventional/USDA-RD)

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage processing experience

• The right candidate has exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
