We are experiencing tremendous growth and are looking for a remote or on-site full-time litigation attorney with at least 4 years of business litigation experience (experience in Franchise law is a plus), managing your own caseload and taking cases to trial. We provide structured training and mentorship to get you up to speed.

• Experience in business litigation with a minimum of four years handling cases independently.

• Strong negotiation skills to effectively confer with franchisors and opposing counsel, aiming for favorable resolutions.
• Capability to develop cases for trial and arbitration, demonstrating strategic thinking and thorough preparation.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas, with a preference for candidates with franchise law experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and persuasive advocacy in all interactions and documents.
