Property Pros Marketing runs paid search for real estate investors across the country. We are looking for a senior Google Ads operator to take full ownership of our client accounts and run them at a high level with very little oversight.

This role is for someone who already thinks in conversion value, bid strategy, and signal quality. You can open an account, see what is working and what is not, and know exactly what to do next. • Own a portfolio of Google Ads accounts for real estate investor clients, from strategy through execution and results
• Run modern paid search end-to-end, including Smart Bidding, Target CPA, Performance Max, AI Max, and responsive search ads built for strong quality scores
• Set accurate conversion values, shape the signals you feed Google, and guide its automation toward profitable leads
• Lower cost per qualified lead and grow lead volume month over month
• Keep conversion tracking clean and accurate, and use the data to decide what to scale and what to cut
• Find what is working, fix or cut what is not, and report it to clients in clear, simple terms
• Stay current on Google Ads changes and bring new strategies to the team early

• Several years managing Google Ads accounts with real budgets and real accountability for performance
• Strong command of Smart Bidding, Performance Max, AI Max, responsive search ads, conversion tracking, and lead generation
• Comfortable working on your own, catching issues early, and bringing solutions rather than questions
• Able to form a clear point of view from the data and act on it fast
• A clear communicator who can explain performance to clients without jargon
• Bonus: experience with lead generation for real estate investors, home services, or another high-intent local market
