Responsibilities

Partner with financial experts, custody evaluators, mental health professionals, and other specialists to strengthen case strategy
Provide exceptional client counseling and guidance through emotionally complex legal matters
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials while providing strategic guidance throughout the legal process
Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with all court deadlines and procedural requirements
Conduct advanced legal research and remain current on Colorado family law statutes, case law, and procedural developments

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients during highly emotional and sensitive legal matters
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the Colorado Bar
Exceptional legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills
Must reside within the Denver Metropolitan Area and be available for court appearances and client meetings as needed
10+ years of experience practicing family law with substantial exposure to complex domestic relations litigation

Compensation

$175,000 - $240,000 yearly
