NedaLawyer, APC is a family law and plaintiff-side employment law firm representing business owners and professionals in high-asset matters. We are seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney to manage a sophisticated caseload and serve as a leader within the firm. This role reports directly to the Managing Attorney.

Compensation: $185,000–$225,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a $30,000 signing bonus paid in two installments of $15,000 at six months and $15,000 at one year of employment.

• Manage a caseload of high-asset dissolution, custody, and support matters from intake through judgment.

• Handle complex financial issues, including business valuation, separate property tracing, and spousal and child support.

• Conduct discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and mediations.

• Appear at hearings and try cases in Riverside County Superior Court.

• Conduct client consultations and maintain strong client relationships.

• Mentor junior attorneys and supervise paralegals.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of family law experience.

• Active membership in the State Bar of California, in good standing.

• Demonstrated trial and evidentiary hearing experience.

• Experience with high-asset matters and with forensic accountants or business valuation experts.

• Excellent writing, advocacy, and client communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Family Law Specialist (State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization).

• Experience in Riverside County family law courts.

• Experience with Smokeball.
