• Lead and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring each client receives personalized and strategic legal representation.

• Collaborate with our team to develop innovative defense strategies that align with our firm's commitment to excellence.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills and a deep understanding of criminal law.

• Provide clear, compassionate communication to clients, guiding them through complex legal processes with confidence.

• Must be licensed to practice in MN.

• Experience in criminal defense law, with a minimum of four years of practice.

• Proven track record of successful courtroom advocacy and client representation.

• Ability to lead and manage a diverse caseload independently and effectively.

• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with team members on defense strategies.

• Exceptional communication skills to provide clear, compassionate guidance to clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for case management and client service enhancement.
