- Lead and manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, ensuring each case is handled with strategic insight and empathy.
- Represent clients in high-conflict litigation, confidently advocating for their best interests in court.
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored legal strategies that align with their unique needs and circumstances.
- Maintain open and honest communication with clients, providing clear updates and setting realistic expectations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and ensure informed decision-making.
- Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations in family law matters.
- Experience in managing a diverse caseload of family law matters with strategic insight and empathy.
- Proven track record of confidently advocating for clients' best interests in high-conflict litigation.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.

Compensation
$125,000 - $200,000 Total annual compensation
Offices in Hanover and Westborough/Worcester - open to either office being a home base.
