Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic litigation plans, leveraging your expertise to navigate high-conflict situations effectively.
  • Represent clients in court with confidence and professionalism, advocating passionately for their rights and interests.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals, providing empathetic and clear communication throughout the legal process.
  • Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards and firm policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in family law, with a strong focus on high-conflict litigation.
  • Ability to lead and manage complex cases from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior attorneys in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to develop and implement effective litigation plans.
  • Confidence and professionalism in representing clients in court, advocating for their rights.
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills to support case strategies and client advisement.
  • Ability to communicate empathetically and clearly with clients, understanding their needs and goals.

Compensation

$125,000 - $200,000/year
