Terra Stoneworks is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our builders, contractors, and homeowners throughout the countertop purchasing process. This is a highly collaborative, on-site role where you'll work alongside the team to ensure every customer receives a seamless experience from quote through installation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned builders, contractors, and retail customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and timely communication.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and pricing using dimensions provided by the measurement team.
  • Review and confirm all project details before templating and installation to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with scheduling, production, installation, and internal support teams to keep customer orders moving efficiently.
  • Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, and any changes with customers.
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide solutions that create a positive customer experience.
  • Process change requests and maintain accurate customer and project information within the company's job management system.
  • Follow up after installation to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with office teammates to improve workflows, communication, and the overall customer experience.
  • Support sales growth by building trust, encouraging repeat business, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of account management, inside sales, customer success, or client relationship experience within the countertop, stone fabrication, kitchen & bath, cabinetry, home building, or construction industry.
  • Previous experience working for a granite, quartz, or stone fabrication and installation company is required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts while maintaining exceptional service.
  • Strong understanding of countertop products, fabrication, installation, and the customer lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience using CRM, ERP, or job management software; Moraware experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented office environment, spending approximately 90% of your time in the office working alongside other members of the team.
