Crystalarium is seeking a warm, engaging sales associate with luxury retail experience to join our West Hollywood gallery. This is a seasonal, part-time position with the potential to continue beyond the season. Saturday availability is required.

Established in 1987, Crystalarium brings together exceptional crystals, minerals, gemstones, and fine jewelry designed and hand-fabricated in our gallery. We offer attentive, personalized service and enjoy helping customers find pieces that feel meaningful to them.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, confidently guiding purchases, and contributing to a small, collaborative team. At least one year of luxury retail experience is required, and jewelry sales experience is especially valued. Prior mineral or crystal knowledge is welcome, and we’re happy to help you learn.

• Guide customers through purchases, share product information, and confidently support sales.

• Handle transactions accurately and treat valuable merchandise with care.

• Keep the gallery, displays, and shared work areas clean, tidy, and inviting.

• Keep bags, boxes, and other sundries stocked.

• Gift wrapping.

• Carefully pack online orders and help with everyday shop tasks.

• At least one year of luxury retail sales experience is required.

• Jewelry sales experience is strongly preferred.

• Strong sales skills and confidence in serving a discerning clientele.

• A friendly, professional manner and clear, thoughtful communication.

• Reliability, punctuality, integrity, and attention to detail.

• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn about our products and processes.

• Saturday availability and the ability to work on-site in West Hollywood.

• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Visual merchandising and social media experience are a plus, but not required.
