- Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision, learn quickly, and possess excellent problem-solving skills
- Technicians drive to job sites daily and travel for work 100% of the time
- Follow full-time field technicians' plan of action and schedule

- Must have a good driving record and a current CA Driver's License
- 21 years of age or older
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
- A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred
- Great verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- CSST/CAC certifications preferred (Apprentice program track if you do not have CSST/CAC)
- Must live within daily driving distance of the office
