• Proven experience leading a sales team with a track record of driving measurable results

• Highly analytical and comfortable using data and performance metrics

• Strategic, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency

• High-energy leader who motivates others, takes initiative, and leads by example

• Values-driven and growth-minded, with a willingness to receive coaching

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
