Role Overview:

Join our Sales Support team for the Driving for Dollars program and play a vital role in our initiative. Responsibilities include conducting neighborhood canvassing activities to pinpoint distressed properties and potential real estate investment opportunities. Drive through designated areas, document property conditions, and provide crucial data to our acquisition team.

• Conduct neighborhood surveys in San Diego, CA to pinpoint properties suitable for acquisition.
• Record property conditions accurately, highlighting signs of distress or potential investment value.
• Enter detailed information meticulously into our specialized systems.
• Maintain consistent communication with the acquisition team to convey discoveries and progress updates.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for data collection and reporting diligently.
