Compensation & Benefits

On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $48,000–$60,000 USD annually, including a base salary and performance-based commissions. Team members who meet their sales goals can expect to earn within this range. The base salary will be determined based on the candidate's geographic location and experience.

What you'll do:

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and identify their legal needs.

• Explain our legal services with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.

• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.

• Follow up consistently with leads through calls, text messages, email, and CRM.

• Overcome objections and confidently guide clients through the decision-making process.

• Close sales and consistently achieve or exceed monthly goals.

• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM.

• Collaborate with attorneys and intake teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Stay informed about our services, promotions, and immigration processes.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, intake, or client relations.

• Law Firm Experience.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Excellent active listening and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence handling objections and closing deals.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

• Experience in immigration law or legal services is a plus, but not required.
