AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is hiring a Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and no previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide training and hands-on support to help you develop sales, customer service, and business development skills.

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will work directly with customers and prospective customers to understand their needs, explain our automotive services, follow up with leads, prepare estimates, and help generate new business. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with customers, and learning new skills.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.

• Promote and sell auto glass products and installation services.

• Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and services.

• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, installation, and scheduling.

• Prepare accurate estimates and sales quotes.

• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to generate new business.

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales information.

• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure orders are completed efficiently and on schedule.

• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auto glass products, services, and company procedures.
