Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Manage and motivate a sales team to meet individual and team sales targets
Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales management
Proven track record of successful sales experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
US work authorization

Compensation

$20 - $30 hourly
