Must be willing to get hands-on in the field with our sales process. Our sales managers have the opportunity to join our Partner ranks after a short interim period in production. Partners are part of our executive leadership team and help grow our sales associates in addition to working with our current team. Responsibilities

Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs
Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success
Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals
Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
Displays a proven track record of sales success
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field
3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
