• Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, and long-term goals
• Expand prospective customer base and market our insurance products via, warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business
• Contact prospects requesting information (leads)
• Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls to improve & grow your skills and business
• Help others do the same by sharing experiences
• No cold calling
• Manage time & cultivate clients
• Expand income potential with annual reviews
• Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Technology
• High school graduate or received GED, Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Candidates with an active Life Insurance license or willingness to obtain -(we will help you)
• Proven experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Retail
