Sales Development Representative – Real Estate Acquisitions
Fair Share Property Solutions • Remote
Posted 10 hours ago
Fair Share Property Solutions is a growing real estate investment company specializing in complex, high-value acquisitions involving inherited properties, probate estates, fractional ownership interests, and unresolved title issues.
Unlike traditional wholesaling or house-flipping companies, we operate in a highly specialized corner of real estate, acquiring complicated ownership interests and solving problems most investors don't know how to approach.
With more than 200 transactions completed and 7–10 new deals generated every month, we've developed a proven business model supported by a very lean, high-performing team.
We're looking for an ambitious, highly driven Appointment Setter who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and relentlessly pursuing valuable opportunities.
This Is Not Your Typical Cold-Calling Position.
We're not a mass-marketing company making hundreds of calls to random prospects and hoping something sticks.
We take a sniper-rifle approach to acquisitions, not a shotgun approach.
Our research team invests significant time identifying, investigating, and developing highly targeted acquisition cases. We know exactly who we're looking for and why the opportunity exists before it ever reaches your desk.
Approximately one in every ten cases we pursue ultimately turns into a deal. That's because our research team has already done the heavy lifting of identifying opportunities with genuine potential.
The challenge? The people we're trying to reach are often incredibly difficult to get ahold of.
That's where you come in.
Rather than making 300 calls a day to strangers, you'll go extremely deep into a smaller number of highly curated opportunities. You'll pursue identified property owners and heirs, find creative ways to establish contact, and consistently follow up until you've had a meaningful conversation.
Some people will answer on the first attempt. Others may take weeks or months of persistent outreach.
We're looking for someone who sees a difficult-to-reach prospect as a challenge worth solving, not a reason to move on.
This is a hunting position, and relentless follow-through is everything.
Your responsibility is to establish contact, build relationships, uncover seller interest, and consistently tee up qualified opportunities for our acquisitions closers.
You won't be responsible for independently negotiating or closing transactions. Instead, you'll work hand in hand with an experienced closer who handles the more complicated negotiations and closing process. Together, you'll develop opportunities and work toward getting deals across the finish line.
Success requires an uncommon combination of persistence, resourcefulness, patience, and strong interpersonal skills. We're looking for someone who knows how to get in front of people, earn their trust, and maintain relationships over extended periods.
We're an extremely collaborative team. We communicate daily, support one another, and hold ourselves to exceptionally high standards. We want individuals who take personal ownership of their results while being equally committed to the success of the people around them.
Compensation & Long-Term Opportunity
Year 1 Expected Earnings: $70,000–$85,000
Year 2+ Expected Earnings: $100,000+
Top Performer Potential: $20,000+/Month With a Mature Pipeline
Our compensation package includes:
$3,000 monthly base compensation, providing consistent income as you build your pipeline.
5% commission on the profits of eligible closed deals you help originate, with upside earning potential.
Quarterly performance bonuses, with multiple opportunities to earn additional compensation for reaching production milestones.
Annual performance bonuses rewarding achievement of annual production goals.
Lifetime earnings bonuses recognizing cumulative performance and long-term contributions to the company.
Understanding the Earnings Timeline
Our business is different from traditional sales. Transactions frequently involve probate, legal proceedings, and complicated ownership issues, which means deals can take several months to close.
We expect first-year earnings of approximately $70,000–$85,000, with much of that compensation earned toward the latter part of the year as your pipeline begins converting into closed transactions.
The first 6–8 months are primarily about learning the business, consistently developing qualified opportunities, and building a substantial pipeline.
By year two and beyond, our expectation is that a fully ramped, successful performer should be earning at least $100,000 annually. This is our baseline performance target for an established individual in this position, not an exceptional outcome.
For top performers who consistently develop valuable opportunities, the upside is considerably greater, with the potential to earn $20,000+ in a month as their pipeline matures.
We're looking for someone who understands that meaningful income in this business is built through consistent effort, patience, and relentless follow-through.
Career Advancement — Becoming a Closer
This position is also a natural stepping stone into a full Acquisitions Closer role.
By working directly alongside experienced closers, you'll gain firsthand exposure to complex real estate transactions, seller negotiations, deal structuring, and the process of getting acquisitions across the finish line.
As you develop your skills, demonstrate consistent performance, and build a deeper understanding of our business, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a closing position with greater responsibility and significantly higher earning potential.
Our Acquisitions Closers currently have a compensation structure offering 15% commissions on deal profits, additional performance bonuses, and $250,000+ annual on-target earning potential for established performers.
We're looking for individuals who want to grow with the company, develop valuable skills, and build a long-term career—not simply fill an appointment-setting position.
Advancement is based on performance, demonstrated capability, and business needs; it is not automatic or guaranteed.
Real estate experience is preferred, but not required. We're far more interested in finding someone with exceptional drive, strong communication skills, and an unwavering commitment to improving.
We're not simply looking to fill another seat. We're looking for someone who will raise the bar, take ownership of their opportunities, and become an integral part of a high-performing team.
Relentlessly Pursue High-Value Opportunities: Take ownership of highly researched acquisition cases with decision-makers already identified. Go deep into each opportunity, using persistent, strategic outreach and creative problem-solving to establish contact with difficult-to-reach prospects.
Build Relationships & Uncover Opportunities: Connect with property owners and heirs, establish trust, understand their circumstances, and identify genuine interest in selling their ownership interests.
Own Your Follow-Up: Consistently pursue prospects over weeks or months when necessary. Explore new approaches, maintain detailed records, and ensure no viable opportunity is abandoned prematurely.
Work Hand in Hand With Closers: Develop qualified opportunities and collaborate closely with experienced acquisitions closers who handle negotiations and closing. Stay involved throughout the process to support relationships and help move deals forward.
Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain accurate CRM records, document conversations, track next steps, and prioritize opportunities to ensure every case receives the attention it deserves.
Consistently Produce Results: Generate at least four new qualified acquisition opportunities per month while contributing to a highly collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team.
Relentlessly Persistent: You don't give up easily. You're willing to pursue difficult-to-reach prospects through consistent, strategic follow-up, even when it takes weeks or months to establish contact.
Resourceful & Creative: When traditional outreach doesn't work, you find another approach. You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys figuring out how to reach people others can't.
Naturally Competitive & Driven: You're internally motivated, hate losing, and take personal responsibility for your results. You don't need someone constantly pushing you to perform.
Persuasive & Personable: You can connect with people from all walks of life, build genuine rapport, earn trust, and navigate sensitive conversations with confidence and emotional intelligence.
Patient & Disciplined: You understand that success comes from pursuing the right opportunities, not simply making the most calls. You're comfortable investing significant time into individual cases and playing the long game.
Sales Experience Preferred: Experience in outbound prospecting, relationship-based sales, business development, or real estate acquisitions is valuable but not required. We're more interested in exceptional persistence, communication skills, and character than a perfect resume.
