Schedule: Monday–Friday | U.S. Eastern Time Business Hours

About the Role
As our Inside Sales Representative, you'll serve as one of the first people prospective clients meet after reaching out to the firm. You'll conduct scheduled Zoom consultations, learn about each family's unique circumstances, explain the value of comprehensive estate planning, and help clients confidently take the next step toward protecting themselves and their loved ones.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales position where success comes from building trust, educating clients, and helping them make informed decisions—not from using high-pressure sales tactics.
You'll work remotely while supporting clients throughout New York during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
What You'll Do
Every conversation you have has the potential to change a family's future. Your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and guide prospective clients through the decision-making process will have a direct impact on both the client experience and the firm's continued growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting scheduled Zoom consultations with prospective estate planning and elder law clients.
- Close high-ticker retainers for estate planning and elder law matters
- Building strong relationships with prospective clients by creating a welcoming, professional, and compassionate consultation experience.
- Learning about each client's family, financial goals, estate planning priorities, and long-term concerns through thoughtful discovery conversations.
- Explaining the firm's services, planning process, and legal solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Demonstrating the value of proactive estate planning while helping clients understand how the firm can support their goals.
- Guiding qualified prospective clients toward retaining the firm with confidence and professionalism.
- Addressing questions and objections regarding fees, timing, urgency, or uncertainty while maintaining a consultative approach.
- Following up consistently with prospective clients who require additional time before making their decision.
- Maintaining detailed consultation notes, follow-up activities, and pipeline management within the firm's tracking/CRM.
- Collaborating closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to client onboarding.
- Tracking conversion metrics, follow-up performance, and individual sales goals while continuously improving your effectiveness.
- Participating in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to strengthen your consultation and closing skills.
- Representing Estate and Elder Law Solutions with professionalism, integrity, empathy, and exceptional client service.

Qualifications
We're looking for an experienced sales professional who enjoys helping people make important decisions while consistently delivering outstanding results.
You should have:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven B2C closing experience.
- Experience selling high-ticket products or professional services.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, conversion targets, or quotas.
- Strong experience conducting virtual sales consultations via Zoom or similar platforms.
- Excellent objection-handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- The ability to build trust quickly through consultative conversations.
- Outstanding listening skills and emotional intelligence.
- Experience working with CRM systems and managing follow-up pipelines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office.
- Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
