We are seeking a motivated Sales Attorney to combine legal expertise with business development. This role is responsible for identifying new clients, building relationships, and providing legal consultations while promoting the firm's legal services. The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney with strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective family-law clients.

• Assess legal needs, explain available options without guaranteeing outcomes, and present the firm's services and fees.

• Build trust through empathetic, confident, and ethical communication.

• Maintain complete lead notes, follow-up tasks, and outcomes in the CRM.

• Partner with intake, sales, and legal leadership to improve conversion and client handoff.

• Meet consultation, conversion, revenue, and response-time goals.

• Active, unrestricted membership in The Florida Bar.

• Family-law knowledge and the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly.

• Demonstrated consultative-sales, business-development, or client-conversion ability.

• Strong listening, persuasion, organization, and follow-up discipline.

• Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
