The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling auto glass products and installation services, assisting customers with their needs, generating sales, and providing an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through completion of the sale.

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach.

• Promote and sell auto glass products and installation services.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, installation, and scheduling.

• Prepare estimates and sales quotes.

• Follow up with leads and potential customers to generate new business.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure customer orders are completed efficiently.
