Responsibilities

  • Drive negotiations and finalize purchase contracts with homeowners.
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales strategies effectively.
  • Establish and oversee a growing pipeline through proactive prospecting.
  • Evaluate investment prospects for their feasibility.
  • Guide and support a team of high-achieving individuals.
  • Challenge conventions and surpass expectations consistently.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this Sales Account Executive role at GG Homes in San Diego, CA.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for experience in real estate.
  • Being comfortable connecting with sellers over the phone is essential for success in this position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must-have for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is required for this role.

Compensation

$125,000 - $125,000/year
