• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members by conducting regular patrols and inspections.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any incidents or emergencies, providing assistance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and secure environment throughout the property.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activities to management for further action.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the resort's safety protocols and services.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to identify and address any safety hazards or concerns.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on safety and security procedures and best practices.

• Experience in safety and security roles within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to conduct thorough patrols and inspections with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of responding effectively to incidents and emergencies.
• Strong communication skills to assist guests and collaborate with team members.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and reporting procedures.
