The Chicago Marriott Schaumburg is hiring a PM Shift Room Service Server. The room service attendant delivers food, drinks, and orders to hotel guests, sets up and clears away meal trays, and maintains station cleanliness.

• Order Delivery: Bring food and beverage orders to guest rooms quickly and professionally.

• Setup and Clearing: Prepare trays and carts with silverware, napkins, and condiments, and collect used items from rooms and hallways.

• Customer Service: Take phone orders, answer menu questions regarding dietary needs, and present guest checks or process payments.

• Station Maintenance: Restock supplies, clean the work area, and report safety or maintenance issues.

• Physical Demands: Push heavy food carts and lift items or hot boxes weighing up to 35-50 pounds.

• Skills: Good communication skills, basic math for payments, and a polite, customer-focused attitude.

• Education & Experience: High school diploma preferred with past food service or hospitality experience.
