• Ensure each guest room is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage daily room cleaning schedules and meet operational goals.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests.
• Replenish room supplies and amenities, ensuring guests have everything they need for a pleasant experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep and appearance of the resort.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and other departments to address guest requests and enhance their stay experience.
