As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in ensuring guests have a comfortable and welcoming stay. You clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies. This person changes linens, makes beds, and attends to guests' special requests with attention to detail. You typically work in a hotel or similar hospitality setting, where maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction is key. Your contribution helps create a positive experience for every guest, making their stay memorable and enjoyable.
- Interact with the front desk and maintenance crew to ensure smooth communication
- Execute cleaning and sanitizing tasks in guest rooms to meet hotel criteria
- Maintain consistency by following prescribed cleaning methods
- Notify the team of any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Replenish room supplies and amenities without delay
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Minimum of one year in housekeeping or cleaning roles
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
- Understanding of hospitality industry norms is advantageous
- Knowledgeable in cleaning practices and equipment operation
Compensation
$18 - $19 hourly
