As a Room Attendant, you play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining clean and inviting spaces. Your primary responsibilities include cleaning and tidying guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues. This person usually works in a hotel or similar hospitality environment, where attention to detail and a commitment to quality service are essential. You'll interact with guests and team members, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance team for seamless communication
  • Inform relevant parties about maintenance or safety issues right away
  • Maintain room supplies and amenities by restocking efficiently
  • Examine rooms to confirm they meet cleanliness and functionality standards before guest check-in
  • Ensure a hospitable environment to improve the guest experience
  • Experience with hospitality standards is helpful
  • Experienced with cleaning equipment and methods
  • Demonstrated precision in detail-oriented tasks and effective time management
  • One year or more of practical experience in cleaning or housekeeping

Compensation

$12 - $12.50 hourly
