Wayne Overhead Door Sales & Home Improvements is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Exterior Home Improvement Sales Representative / Estimator to join our growing team.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working directly with homeowners, building strong customer relationships, and helping customers improve the appearance, functionality, and value of their homes.

This position focuses on exterior home improvement products and services, including roofing, replacement windows, entry doors, siding, gutters, and related exterior renovations.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing the entire sales process from the initial customer consultation through project completion.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on individual performance, experience, and results. We offer competitive earning opportunities for motivated professionals who are committed to achieving their goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

Additional benefits include: Company-provided vehicle, company-provided cell phone, and company-provided tablet for estimates, project management, and customer communications. Salary range $75,000 - $110,000 per year

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their exterior home improvement needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Conduct on-site consultations, take accurate measurements, and assess project requirements.

• Prepare detailed estimates and professional sales proposals.

• Present pricing, explain product options, negotiate contracts, and close sales.

• Follow up with prospective customers on outstanding estimates and proposals.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.

• Sell exterior home improvement products and services, including roofing, windows, entry doors, siding, gutters, and related improvements.

• Accurately order materials and verify product specifications, quantities, and measurements.

• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm product availability and delivery dates.

• Work closely with scheduling and installation teams to ensure projects are properly prepared.

• Monitor project progress and maintain communication with customers throughout the installation process.

• Address customer questions and assist in resolving project-related concerns.

• Follow up on completed projects and assist with collecting final payments.

• Maintain accurate customer records, estimates, and project information using company software.

• Represent Wayne Overhead Door Sales & Home Improvements professionally and provide exceptional customer service.

• Previous experience in home improvement sales, construction sales, or estimating preferred.

• Knowledge of exterior home improvement products, including roofing, windows, entry doors, siding, and gutters, is a plus.

• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Ability to take accurate measurements and understand basic construction requirements.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

• Comfortable using computers, email, and customer management software.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

• Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and positive attitude.

• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve sales goals and build lasting customer relationships.
