We are seeking an experienced, high-performing jewelry sales professional who is passionate about luxury products, client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, confident, personable, and driven to build a successful book of business while contributing to a strong team.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and develop a personal book of business

• Deliver a personalized, concierge-level experience throughout the sales process

• Identify client needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations on jewelry, watches, and custom design

• Develop new clientele through networking, referrals, follow-up, and proactive outreach

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team success

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on jewelry and luxury retail trends

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to provide exceptional client service

• Process sales transactions accurately and professionally

• Assist with repair intake and other client service needs

• Maintain a polished, professional, and inviting showroom environment

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Minimum of 3 years of jewelry industry experience required

• Proven track record of success in jewelry or luxury retail sales

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, polished, and confident demeanor

• Strong relationship-building and clienteling skills

• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to succeed

• Customer-focused with a passion for exceptional service

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

• Computer savvy and comfortable learning new technology and POS systems

• Strong interest in jewelry, watches, luxury products, and continued product education

• Full-time availability, including Saturdays and some holidays

• Ability to work in person at our Northbrook, IL location
