WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Execute mitigation tasks on water, mold, fire, biohazard, and wind damage projects
• Document your work accurately — daily logs, time tracking, removal notes, and photos
• Interact with clients professionally and with genuine care and empathy
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and uphold safety standards on every job
• Participate in after-hours emergency response (on-call rotation)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable, organized, and ready to show up every day prepared to work
• Reliable personal transportation — work spans across Brevard, Indian River, and St. Lucie Counties
• A personal cellphone for scheduling, communication, and on-call availability
• Strong communicator — with the team and with clients
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to do things the right way, every time
• Comfortable with physical work and available for after-hours emergencies
• Prior restoration or construction experience a plus — but not required
