As the Restaurant Manager at our family-owned California Italian establishment, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the integrity of the restaurant's values and vision. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, enhancing guest experiences, and driving the restaurant's success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the work of the service team assigning responsibilities and setting expectations
  • Oversee all operations to ensure a great Guest experience
  • Role model and hold Team Members accountable to operational and quality standards
  • Foster open communication between Team Members
  • Influence Team Member behaviors by championing change and restaurant initiatives
  • Hire, train, retain, and develop Team Members to take on larger roles
  • Drive Guest engagement within the four walls of the restaurant while developing relationships within the community
  • Understand and practice safe food handling procedures

Qualifications
  • Must have 2 - 4 years of restaurant managing experience
  • OpenTable experience
  • Toast POS experience a plus
Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000 yearly
