We’re looking for an accomplished General Manager who can lead people, drive performance, and take full ownership of a high-volume restaurant operation. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the business behind great hospitality—building strong teams, developing leaders, driving financial results, and creating consistent operational excellence. Responsibilities

Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, increase profitability, and elevate the customer experience
Direct day-to-day business functions and team operations
Set clear goals, track performance, and hold teams accountable to high standards
Track key performance indicators and adjust plans to meet business goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to align short-term priorities with long-term goals

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and comfort managing complexity
Proven experience in a management or leadership role
The ability to lead by example, resolve conflict, and create a cohesive team environment
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong grasp of budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting
