We are searching for an efficient and flexible restaurant/banquet manager to oversee our restaurant and banquet operations. You will be held accountable for the outlet's financial and operational performance. As a restaurant/banquet manager, you will staff, interview, hire, and train teams, as well as coach, manage, and develop them. You must ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience managing a restaurant or similar role in the customer service industry. Responsibilities

Maintain food and dining product inventories and make precise projections about future sales trends
Conduct performance reviews with team members and consistently hold them accountable through performance management
Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company
Oversee staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing, and training candidates for all restaurant positions
Coordinates and manages all areas of marketing and community activities, including planning and execution

Qualifications

Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
This position requires 2-3 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry
Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired
