We’re looking for an experienced construction worker with a good work ethic, a history of consistent attendance, and great physical strength and stamina to join our team. You’ll work under our construction manager’s direction, alongside a close-knit team of other skilled laborers and tradesmen, to bring our construction plans to life. The ideal candidate will have previous construction experience, and have knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment. Core Labor Responsibilities

• Site Prep & Demo: Set up dust barriers/floor protection, tear out existing fixtures and walls, and safely dispose of debris

• Framing & Structural: Repair rotted framing, level subfloors, and build new partition walls, headers, and openings

• Rough-In Support: Assist licensed MEP trades with wall penetrations, blocking, backing, and trenching

• Drywall & Prep: Hang, tape, mud, and sand drywall; apply skim coats and prep surfaces for finishing

• Finish Carpentry: Hang interior doors, set kitchen/bathroom cabinets, and install baseboards, trim, and crown molding

• Surface Finishes: Install tile backsplashes/flooring, lay luxury vinyl or hardwood, and handle interior painting

• Fixture Trim-Out: Install plumbing fixtures (sinks, faucets, toilets), bath accessories, cabinet hardware, and decorative lighting trims

• Site Management & Cleanup: Keep tools organized, maintain daily OSHA safety standards, and execute final punch-list items

• Past construction experience and general knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment
