Residential Property Manager

We are a leader in property development and management, and we are expanding our portfolio with new properties. We’re looking for the best and brightest Property Manager in the area to lead our team at our newest location.

The ideal candidate will excel in satisfying the needs of the ownership and tenants while preserving and increasing the value of the properties.

  • Deliver a pleasant, professional experience for current and future residents.

  • Advertise the property for rent, engage and screen potential renters, perform proper background checks, enter into lease agreement(s) with acceptable renter(s).

  • Follow-up with residents to ensure timely and pleasant completion of work order requests.

  • Maintain a current rent roll, up-and-coming lease expiration list, and waiting list for future residents.

  • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
  • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner
  • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases
  • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property
  • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met
  • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends
  • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
  • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members

Compensation

$52,000 - $65,000 yearly
