We're looking for an experienced, highly organized Property Management Operations Manager to help lead the daily operations of our established residential property management portfolio of approximately 200 units.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, taking initiative, and keeping a busy operation running smoothly.

You'll work directly with company ownership and an established support team, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients, residents, and the business.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate leasing activities, showings, applications, lease preparation, and renewals.

• Manage move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and deposit documentation.

• Oversee maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and timely follow-through.

• Coordinate property inspections and help ensure properties are maintained to company standards.

• Work with administrative and bookkeeping support to keep property records accurate and organized.

• Monitor deadlines, resolve problems proactively, and ensure outstanding tasks are completed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in residential property management, real estate operations, leasing, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work independently.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn property management software.
