In this role, you’ll manage a variety of maintenance tasks with precision, meeting daily deadlines and exceeding expectations. • Basic plumbing, including faucet and toilet repairs
• Basic drywall repairs
• General repairs, such as repairing trim, along with attaching and cleaning gutters
• Install replacement locks on residential properties
• Performs job duties in a range of environmental conditions, including but not limited to: Hot, cold, outdoor, indoor, dry, humid, slippery surfaces, heights, and crowded areas
• Basic electrical – Installation of light fixtures, plus repair/replacement of switches and sockets

• The minimum age requirement is 21 years with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for insurance purposes

• Candidate must have general maintenance experience

• The candidate must possess a working knowledge of plumbing and basic carpentry skills

• Must be willing to work with and assist co-workers when needed, along with working evening and weekend hours

• Ability to continuously climb (ladders), balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch

• Possess tools required to complete repairs and installations

• Teamwork, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, take initiative, and be accountable
