We’re hiring a licensed home inspector to assess the safety of clients’ properties! You’ll conduct building inspections, document any damages, and provide clients with a thorough inspection report. Responsibilities

Go through residential homes top to bottom to evaluate any repairs that need to be made
Write a detailed report following each inspection that includes photos and specific descriptions of any damages observed
Make detailed notes for each home system so that the buyer and seller are both aware of every potential problem on the property
Estimate the potential cost to complete needed repairs, providing a range of options
Keep clients updated and promptly respond to requests so customers feel informed

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and able to travel by car
Proficient in basic computer skills, such as sending emails
Unafraid of walking on roofs or climbing in attics or crawl spaces
Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills are a must
Strong multitasking skills and organizational skills

Compensation

$60,000 - $75,000 yearly
