Position Highlights:

• We have a Dental Hygiene Assistant to help you with setting up/ breaking down your room, periodontal charting, restocking supplies, and taking radiographs

• Flexible schedule: 1–4 days per week, up to 10 hours per day, your choice!

• Competitive pay: Ranging from $70-$75/hour, based on experience

• Office hours: Monday–Wednesday 8 AM–5 PM and Thursday 7 AM- 3 PM, off Fridays (shorter days available if preferred)

• Dedicated Hygiene Assistant to assist you with hygiene appointments

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth

• Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and medical history accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Dentrix

• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations

• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed

• Must possess a valid RDH license to practice in Alaska

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

• CPR certification
