Responsibilities
What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)
As a key part of our clinical team, you’ll work side-by-side with dentists, hygienists, and fellow assistants to create smooth, efficient, and comfortable patient experiences.
- Assist during a variety of general dental procedures, helping ensure appointments run seamlessly
- Capture digital X-rays with precision and care, always prioritizing patient safety
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms using top-tier sterilization and infection control protocols
- Support four-handed dentistry to enhance teamwork and efficiency
- Use Eaglesoft to keep patient records accurate and organized
- Jump in where needed—whether that’s greeting patients, helping with scheduling, or supporting front desk flow
- Work with advanced technology like 3D scanners and modern imaging equipment
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Team
We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also a great team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant License
- Experience with dental software systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and patient care practices
- Confidence in taking X-rays and using modern dental technology
- A solid understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Flexibility and a willingness to support both clinical and administrative tasks
