We’re looking for a motivated leader to help build, develop, and coach a high-performing sales team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, driving results, and creating long-term income while making a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales professionals
Lead and develop a growing team
Conduct interviews and coaching sessions
Help your team achieve personal and professional goals
Build a culture of accountability, growth, and success
We’re Looking For:
- Leadership or management experience (sales experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a forward-thinking mindset
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Passion for helping others succeed
- Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives
- Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community
- Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
- This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
- 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
Compensation
$78,000 - $92,000 yearly
