KW Realty Consultants is looking for an experienced Recruiting Director to lead the growth of our Market Center in Roswell, Georgia. Responsibilities
- Recruit and attract high-quality real estate professionals to the Market Center.
- Conduct recruiting appointments, career consultations, and follow-up conversations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective agents through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Present the value of joining Keller Williams and guide agents through the decision-making process.
- Coach and mentor agents to improve productivity, profitability, and business growth.
- Implement recruiting and growth initiatives that support the Market Center's strategic goals.
- Consult with top-producing agents to support retention and continued business development.
- Lead weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and accountability conversations.
- Partner closely with the Operating Principal and General Manager to execute business objectives and drive Market Center performance.
- Monitor recruiting, productivity, and profitability metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster a collaborative, learning-focused culture while developing future leaders within the organization.
- Maintain a professional, positive office environment that supports agent success and long-term profitability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, business development, executive leadership, or building and growing a business.
- Proven experience in recruiting, business development, sales leadership, coaching, or agent development.
- Experience in the real estate, mortgage, title, or a related industry is preferred.
- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Financial and business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive results.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing individuals or teams.
- Proficiency with MLS and general computer systems.
- A demonstrated history of meeting ambitious goals and leading by example.
- Experience with Keller Williams systems and models is preferred but not required.
Compensation
$90,000 - $100,000/year
